Description

The Direct V6 Short distance 1.75 3D Hotend Heatsink is a filament radiator designed for direct drive 1.75mm extruders and Hotend Assemblies and is built to keep filament from melting before it reaches the heat block. This helps to prevent blockages and jams within the cold-endso that it only melts once it is pulled into the heating zone.The bottom end of the tower has machined thread to connect to the heat break, while the top is surrounded by a shroud to fit a30mm fanand connects to the extruder assembly. The 30mm fan ensures that the filament is maintained at a nice, cool temperature so that it can be extruded with precision accuracy without melting before it needs to. This greatly reduces any chances of filament problems and results in far better quality prints.
Bear in mind that this cooling tower is made for direct drive extruders, so if you are looking for a Bowden-style cooling tower, consider the this V6 Bowden Cooling Towerthat caters universally to both 1.75mm and 3mm extruder assemblies.

This direct V6 J-head Hotend Heatsink for 1.75 mm filament is made to fit 1.75mm diameter direct drive extruder and hotend assemblies like our Charlstruder and Titan Extruder Assembly. It is one of the vital components that keep the filament in ideal condition for quality prints and ensures fewer problems like blockages, jams and leakage

I did find that there was some smell while using it and found it would be better to use this engraver in a ventilated area. I think it should be necessary to buy another air assist to direct the airflow to the outside, the effect will be better!

The machine came a few days earlier than stated. Very well packaged and the installation also went smoothly. After I executed the commands and calibrated the device, everything went as it should and the machine correctly found the position of the laser head. I hope that it will remain stable in the future and that the values will remain as it is calibrated. Everything works correctly I am really impressed with the performance of the machine and the results of the laser work.
