Description

Installation and use: tear off the back side B and the front protective film, and stick them directly
In the platform, side A is adsorbed on side B and adjusted horizontally to the pressure.
Adsorption layer:
The micro-pore frosting texture treatment can well combine the hot-melt material with the printing layer, reduce the deformation caused by shrinkage, and prevent curling. It has good adhesion and increases the adsorption of consumables during printing. When the temperature falls back, the adhesion of the parts suitable for obtaining is reduced.
Carbide layer:
Fe-based alloy with high thermal conductivity makes the platform more smooth. Iron can be attached to either side of the magnet to expand the compatibility of different consumables.
measures:
1. In order to effectively realize non-good warpage, it is recommended that the temperature of the hot bed should not exceed 50 ℃. If there is no hot bed, please use local speed regulation. The first layer is 17 and the third layer is started. Set it up quickly.
2. Please make sure it is level before use. If the machine cannot be straightened, please place the order carefully.
3. Do not directly contact the high-temperature nozzle with the surface. Please remove the model after printing. Don’t take the model the next day. Because this model is firmly attached to the printing surface, it is difficult to disassemble the module and shorten the service life of the platform.
4. If the first layer is found to be stuck during use, it depends on whether the third party mac hine and material platform used have been leveled. Due to insomnia machine and its consumption, each material manufacturer has its own design structure and printing temperature. So you can’t test them one by one. You need to test the appropriate temperature and setting parameters by yourself.
