Description
The size is wide enough to fit the actuator without any over hang while the standard gantry layout allows for a variety of mounting options – including the Acme Nut Block and Lead Screw.
We also wanted to ensure that we simplify belt clamping so we have incorporated ‘Fold-Through’ Slots to allow you to easily fold the timing belt teeth back onto themselves and zip tie or clamp them in place.
We have also added two 5mm slots that allow you to attach spacers for 90 degree belt mounts under or on top of the plate as well. This simplifies the overall building process and allows for quick assembly times of motion systems.
There are a lot of possible mounting configurations for this plate.

- A gantry plate designed specifily to give a clean and compact look while able to ride inside of the C-beam Linear Rail System using Mini V Wheels.
- A strong 6mm thick aluminum 6061- T5 plate
- Shiny black anodized for a finished look
- Recessed screw pockets ensure flush mounts
- Includes pre-tapped mounting holes for C-Beam Riser Plates
- Adjustable center hole mount allows for belt actuator configurations
Use in conjuction with either the Xtreme Mini Wheels or the Delrin Mini Wheels.

I am a beginner and this laser engraver is equipped with everything I need. I USED GBRL SOFTWARE WITH A MAC SYSTEM AND THE CONNECTION WAS EASY. When cutting wooden blocks, I find it as easy as carving planks. And the effect is not bad, it is a good laser machine.
