Issue
The device automatically restarts during processing, typically when using the IR laser.
Possible causes
- The wrong power adapter is being used, such as the adapter for the Desktop Smoke Purifier.
- The power adapter may not be functioning properly.
Troubleshooting
- Check the rating label on the power adapter and make sure you are using the original power adapter supplied with the device (25 V ⎓ 6 A). If not, replace it with the correct original power adapter and try again.
- If you are using the original power adapter, power off the device and leave it turned off for 30 minutes. Then power it back on and check whether the issue is resolved.
- If the issue persists, contact xTool Customer Support.
