No. At Mechblock, all orders are considered final once confirmed. Cancellations or refunds are only permitted in the event of stock unavailability.

Delivery timelines vary based on your location in India. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress

What is the procedure if my machine arrives damaged or defective?

You must inspect the product at the time of delivery. To file a claim, you must record a clear unboxing video and capture images of all sides of the package. Contact us at support@mechblock.in within 3 days.

Why is a complete unboxing video required for delivery claims?

Who is responsible for the shipping costs and logistics of returned items?

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for making the shipping arrangements and covering the courier charges. We recommend using a trackable service.

Mechblock.in is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return shipments. Please ensure the product is packed securely and insured via your chosen courier.

You must request a return within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this 3-day window cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, include all accessories/tags, and you must provide a valid invoice along with a complete unboxing video.

 

Which items are categorized as non-returnable or non-refundable?

No. Items priced below ₹999, as well as consumables like filaments, resin, nozzles, and FEP films, are non-returnable.

How do I contact the support team to report a technical issue?

Please email us at support@mechblock.in with your Order ID, the reason for the request, and supporting images or unboxing videos.

Do you offer direct product exchanges if I change my mind?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are eligible for a return, we will process a refund (subject to our policy), and you may then place a new order for the desired model.
