Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers are strongly advised to record a complete and continuous unboxing video immediately upon receiving the product.
Mandatory in case of:
- Transit damage
- Missing parts
- Incorrect product delivery
The unboxing video helps us validate claims and obtain approval from the manufacturer, ensuring faster resolution.
Original Packaging Mandatory
For any under-warranty repair or in-house service, the product must be shipped only in its original packaging.
Includes all foam, supports, and protective materials provided at delivery.
Warranty Limitation
Without original packaging, the following may apply:
- Warranty may be void
- Transit damage not covered
Mechblock is not responsible for transit-related damages in these cases.
Transportation Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the product is properly packed and safely shipped.
Follow manufacturer guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
Important Note:
Failure to comply with the above guidelines may result in rejection of warranty claims or chargeable repairs. Please ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Return Policy Overview
At Mechblock.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating any return request.
Return Window
- Customers must request a return within 3 Days of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- A valid proof of purchase / invoice is required.
- A complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue (damage/defect) must be provided.
- Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or altered will not be eligible for return.
- Customers must securely pack the product to avoid damage during return shipping.
- For electronic equipment, original packaging is mandatory for return eligibility.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@mechblock.in within 3 days of delivery
- Include:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Supporting images/videos
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and courier charges.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.
- Mechblock.in is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return shipments.
Damages & Issues
- Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.
- In case of damage, defect, or incorrect item:
- Record a clear unboxing video
- Capture images of all sides of the package
- Claims without proper video proof may be rejected.
- Our team will verify the issue and provide a resolution accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Products priced below ₹999 (including spare parts, accessories, consumables, etc.)
- Perishable or consumable goods (filament, resin, nozzles, FEP films, etc.)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items, discounted products, or gift cards
Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges.
- If eligible, returns will be processed as per this policy and refunds issued accordingly.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- A deduction of ₹200–₹400 (based on product size/volume) will be applied toward initial shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- The amount should reflect within 4–6 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Note:
- If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
- All orders are considered final once confirmed.
- No cancellations or refunds are allowed after order placement, except in cases of stock unavailability.
In case of stock issues:
- Customers will be notified promptly
- A full refund will be issued
- For defects or errors, customers must contact support within 3 days of delivery.
Right to Cancel Orders
Mechblock.in reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Policy violations
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
In such cases:
- Customers will be informed within a reasonable time
- Any applicable refund will be processed accordingly
