All shipping charges, inspection fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, duties, and levies are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed on mechblock.in, our team may or may not contact the customer for order confirmation.
After confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled in principle. However, customers may still contact us for cancellation requests.
Mechblock.in reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests and may deduct applicable expenses before issuing any refund.
If an order has already been processed or prepared for dispatch, cancellation or return requests may be declined.
No cancellation, return, or refund will be accepted for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Manufacturer production delays
- Shipping or logistics delays
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
Replacements are only provided for items received in a damaged condition, supported by a valid unboxing video.

Processing & Dispatch

Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Custom products are delivered within 12–15 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.

Customers will receive tracking details within 24 hours after the order has been dispatched.

Orders during promotions or sale periods are processed based on product availability and priority fulfillment.
Standard delivery timelines during sale periods are 7–12 business days.
No cancellations or returns will be accepted after order confirmation during sale periods.
Replacements are only applicable for damaged products with valid unboxing proof.
Shipping charges, taxes, and fees remain non-refundable.

Mechblock.in shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by courier companies, logistics providers, or postal authorities.
We ensure that orders are handed over to the courier partner within 24 hours of payment confirmation or as per the agreed dispatch timeline.

Any state-specific charges, including entry tax, octroi, local levies, or other regulatory fees, shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Mechblock.in is not responsible for paying or reimbursing such charges.
