This guide provides step-by-step instructions for replacing a damaged or broken protective enclosure handle on your xTool F2 Ultra.

Safety & preparation

Required tools & parts

• 2.0mm Hex Screwdriver (Included in your package)
• New replacement protective enclosure handle*

Crucial safety steps

Before starting the replacement, you must power down the machine completely to ensure your safety.

1. Power Off the Machine: Turn off the power switch and unplug the machine from the power outlet.
2. Remove the Safety Key: For added safety, remove the red safety key from the back of the machine.

Replacement procedure

Step 1: Remove the broken handle

1. Locate the two fixing screws on the back of the protective enclosure handle.
2. Using the 2.0mm hex screwdriver, turn the two screws counter-clockwise to loosen and remove them completely.
3. Once the screws are removed, carefully detach and take out the damaged handle.

Step 2: Install the new handle

1. Position the new replacement handle in place.
2. Insert the two screws you removed earlier into the handle's screw holes.
3. Use the 2.0mm hex screwdriver to turn the screws clockwise and tighten them securely. Do not over-tighten.

Final steps

1. Re-insert the safety key into the back of the machine.
2. Test the new handle to ensure it is securely attached and functions properly.
3. Plug the power cord back in.
4. The handle replacement is now complete. You can power on the machine for normal use.
