In order to place an order with MECHBLOCK, all payments need to be made online. As a customer and user you have the liberty to choose from a variety of payment options such as the following:-
1. Debit or credit card (Visa, Master card, AMEX)
2. Net Banking
3. Wallet (Amazon pay, Freecharge, Ola money, Payzapp)
4. UPI/QR (BHIM, Google pay, Paytm, Whats App, Phone pe etc.)
Note: There is no cash on delivery option so as to facilitate a smooth flow of transactions from order processing to delivery.

Any user can claim a refund on the order placed under the following circumstances.
1. If the item ordered is on backorder
The refund may be processed in part or in full depending on the items and the quantities that have been ordered.
2. If the item ordered is defective
If the user is unhappy with the quality or the finds the item functioning in a defective manner then the item needs to returned. Only after testing the returned product can the refund be processed. In this case, Customer must inform us within 2 days after the delivery of the product otherwise complaint will not be entertained.

1. Order reference
2. Reason for claiming refund
3. Return pickup- Date and time the return pickup can be arranged.
