The three-dimensional 3-way corner bracket 2020 is the perfect solution to join three aluminum extrusions. It makes an outstanding join of 3 pieces of extrusion at 90 degrees.
It comes in handy when you are planning to build a new machine with steady joints and looking for a clean aesthetic look. It is easy to use and takes less time when you are building your new machine.
This item matches the standard V-Slot and T-Slot that are commonly used by professionals or hobbyists in CNC machines, laser-Engraving Machines, 3D printers, and anything that requires linear motion with one or more axis.

When you are considering using this 3-way corner bracket 2020 in your design, ensure that one of the three extrusions is its planned length minus 5mm. Example: To have an axis of 500mm length, your V-slot should be 495mm long. Please Note: If you need an extra-strength on this join, please consider using this corner combined with 3 units of 90 degrees Angle Corner Connector (V-Slot), 1 pack of M5 Low Profile Screws, and 3 units of Sliding T-Nut.

I did find that there was some smell while using it and found it would be better to use this engraver in a ventilated area. I think it should be necessary to buy another air assist to direct the airflow to the outside, the effect will be better!
