1. Upgrade to S30 Ultra-22W:ย This SCULPFUN official upgrade kit helps upgrade S30 Ultra Series / S30 Series / S9/ S6 / S6 Pro to the main functions of S30 Ultra-22W. The package includes S30 Ultra-22W laser module, S30 Ultra motherboard, S30 Ultra air pump, air tube, limit switch, S30 Ultra power adapter, cable, screw bag, laser repair kit and other essential items.
2. Enhanced Ultra-22W Laser:ย The upgrade kit adopts a single enhanced 6W diode, which makes its actual laser power and cutting ability higher.22W upgrade kit can cut 20mm balsa wood and 15mm plywood in one pass time.
3. Upgraded 32-bit Air Assist Motherboard:ย The latest 32-bit motherboard, with stronger computing power, can achieve faster cutting speed and more stable cutting effect. Supports automatic air assist control function, supports Bluetooth wireless connection to control the machine, and is not limited by the distance of the USB cable.
4. High-speed Air Assist Pump:ย Significantly improve the cutting penetration and cutting efficiency with faster cutting speed and cleaner cutting surfaces. The high-speed airflow of 13.5m/s with high-pressure air-assist nozzle makes it can cut plywood and MDF panels more than 5 times faster, and cutting surfaces are cleaner and no smoky.
5. Standard XY-axis Limit Switch:ย It can be installed and used directly. After installing the limit switch, the machine will open the homing and positioning function, which is very suitable for repeated positioning or batch manufacturing work.
6. Replaceable Protective Lens:ย Upgrade kit adopts innovative replaceable lens, which greatly improves the service life of the laser, which is more than 10 times longer than other general lasers. When the lens is damaged or after long-term use, the lens can be replaced to restore its cutting power.
7. New Upgrade Laser Eye Shield:ย Upgrade kit is equipped with a detachable glass eye shield, which will not be dazzling even if you don’t wear glasses. In addition, you can easily disassemble it if you don’t need it.
8. Compatibility Design:ย The upgrade kit has been designed to maintain a certain compatibility, it can also be upgraded to the SCULPFUN S30 Ultra Series / S30 Series / S9/ S6 / S6 Pro or similar 2-axis laser machines.
9. Note:ย Machines equipped with linear guide rails need to use adapter wires. Machines without linear guides do not need adapter wires, otherwise the X-axis direction will be reversed. For example: S9, a machine with the X-axis motor facing upwards, does not need to use an adapter wire. If the direction of the X-axis motor is on the right like the S30, the S30 needs to use an adapter cable.ย Not applicable to XY axis extension kit.
