Issue description
When you use the device for processing, a pop-up window appears on the software displaying the error message "Processing Head Detachment" with Error Code 5046-WARNING.
After this error occurs, the device immediately pauses the processing task to prevent the processing module from completely detaching, which could result in device damage or a safety hazard.

Possible causes
- The processing module does not install in place
- The processing head hit by an external force
Troubleshooting procedures
1. Turn off the device and check the processing module
(1) Power off the device.
(2) Check whether the processing module (the blue laser module, 3W infrared laser module, or inkjet module) is still properly attached to the multi-function holder or whether it has become detached or tilted.
(3) If the processing module has detached, remove it completely and inspect it for any physical damage, such as a cracked housing or detached magnets.
2. Clean the magnetic contacts
(1) Use a clean, lint-free cloth or a cotton swab to gently clean the metal contacts and magnet surfaces on the processing module, as well as the corresponding contact points on the multi-function holder.

(2) If there is smoke residue or stubborn contamination, use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol to clean the surfaces, then allow them to dry completely before reinstallation or use.
(3) Ensure that there is no foreign material inside the contacts, such as debris, dust, or thread residues.
3. Reinstall the processing module
(1) Align the processing module with the magnetic pins on the multi-function holder until you hear a "click" or feel the magnetic force pull the processing module securely into place.

(2) Check that the processing module is firmly seated against the multi-function holder, with no visible gaps or looseness.
(3) Verify that the processing module cable is properly connected.

4. Test after shutdown for 2 hours
(1) If you have completed all of the above steps but the problem persists, or if the error occurs intermittently, it may be due to a buildup of static electricity inside the laser module, causing abnormal signal detection.
(2) Turn off the device, unplug the power cable, and let the device sit unplugged for at least 2 hours.
(3) Static electricity will dissipate automatically after the device has been powered off for a period of time. Signal detection may return to normal after the device is restarted.
(4) After 2 hours, reconnect the power, start the device, run a test, and check whether the error has been resolved.
