Issue description
When using xTool F2 Ultra UV for glass inner engraving, the actual engraving position may be higher or lower than the position set in the software, as shown below.
- Higher than expected

- Lower than expected

Possible causes
- Incorrect Z-axis offset
- Incorrect Z-axis calibration parameters
- Positioning errors caused by the glass's refractive index
Solution
1. Perform Z-axis calibration before starting the inner engraving. During calibration, make sure to enter the correct material thickness and Z-axis calibration parameters.

Note: If the Z-axis calibration parameters are updated, perform the inner engraving work area calibration again.
2. If the actual engraving position is still higher than expected after completing the Z-axis calibration correctly, perform Z-axis calibration again. Use the correct Z-axis value as the baseline, then subtract the distance by which the engraving is offset inside the glass. Example: If the correct Z-axis value is 20 mm and the engraving is 2 mm higher than expected, enter 18 mm.
Note: If the Z-axis calibration parameters are updated, perform the inner engraving work area calibration again.
3. If the actual engraving position is still lower than expected after completing the Z-axis calibration correctly, perform Z-axis calibration again. Use the correct Z-axis value as the baseline, then add the distance by which the engraving is offset inside the glass. Example: If the correct Z-axis value is 20 mm and the engraving is 2 mm lower than expected, enter 22 mm.
Note: If the Z-axis calibration parameters are updated, perform the inner engraving work area calibration again.
