Warranty Coverage

All xTool products purchased from MechBlock include a 1-Year Standard Manufacturer Warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions and is supported in India by Protomont Technologies LLP, the authorized xTool distributor and service partner.

Warranty Terms:

• Valid only with the original purchase invoice and product serial number.
• Covers manufacturing defects only.
• Accessories, consumables, filters, lenses, belts, nozzles, and other wear-and-tear components are not covered unless specified by the manufacturer.
• Warranty service is subject to inspection and approval by the authorized service team.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical, accidental, or cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, incorrect installation, or lack of maintenance
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or third-party servicing
• Damage caused by electrical fluctuations, fire, water, or other external factors
• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
