Description
The honeycomb panel set is a necessary part for laser cutting and engraving machines. It can be used to place the materials to be processed, protecting your desk and improving your creation.
Besides, it accelerates the exhaustion of smoke, which is very hot and may make the workpiece turn yellow. We also provide an aluminum panel that can protect your desk from burning. For safety, four corner protectors are provided for the set.
Features
- Multi-Protection: This Kit come with 1 Metal Base, 4 Edge Cover, 8 Non-Slip Pads. The metal base for protecting your workbench. The edge cover protects the human body from scratches. The non-slip pad not only prevents the honeycomb bed from sliding, it leaves a spacing between the metal base and the honeycomb bed, designed to ventilate more smoke more easily.
- Sturdy Frame: The honeycomb bed is constructed from Aluminum honeycomb gridwork and metal border, and is attached with rivets. It’s quite lightweight which made it easy to move around. The honeycomb gridwork is secured with multiple metal posts to make it stronger. It doesn’t deform when you hold it.
- Measurements Markers: With this new version, we have added clear measurement marks on the edge of the laser bed. The measurement markings that make it real useful for placement. Also very handy for measuring materials for cutting and engraving projects.
- Better Appearance: The honeycomb grid with equal spacing. The unit is painted black throughout, will not rust, frosted surface, more beautiful, black than silver is more resistant to dirt, but also can greatly reduce the adhesion of soot particles when cutting.
- Better Build Quality: The honeycomb lattice for optimal air flow while cutting. It will help control the temperature of the piece being cut, quick cooling. That will reduce any smoking, soot, or warping of the piece on which you are working. It really reduces smoke and char on back of the piece when cutting, Obtains a Better Build Quality.
